Vice President – SOC (Information Security)

Job Description : This role is essentially the Head of Cybersecurity Operations Center (SOC) for the organization. The person will be responsible for: Protecting the company from cyberattacks and security threats Leading a 24x7 security monitoring team Ensuring quick detection and response to hacking attempts, ransomware, phishing, insider threats, etc. Building strong cyber defense systems using tools like SIEM, SOAR, XDR, cloud security, and threat intelligence Handling major security incidents and coordinating with regulators like SEBI, CERT-In, and other authorities Creating long-term cybersecurity strategy and improving the maturity of the SOC setup Leading large cybersecurity teams including analysts, threat hunters, incident responders, and engineers Ensuring compliance with security standards like ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, DPDPA, etc.
