Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION OF MANAGER/Sr. MANAGER- RESEARCH (DATA MANAGEMENT) Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager Department: Research Reports to: SVP Research Experience: Candidates with 10-12 years of experience in Data analytics and Data Management Required Qualification: B.E./MCA/Master degree in Data Science/Statistics Core Competencies: Quantitative/Analytical ability to handle large datasets Sound knowledge of coding techniques in Python/R/ Excel VBA Functional Competencies: Strong mathematical or quantitative skills; Proficiency in using statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools; Working knowledge of financial market products related to fixed income, forex and derivatives preferred Area of Operations/Key Responsibility: Handle internal and external Company data requests from Regulators, internal MIS, website etc. Streamlining of current data services Handling of vendor data services Taking initiative on new Data Services that can be offered Any Other Requirement: Should be ready to work extended hours as per the exigencies of business. .
