Installation and Maintenance: Installing recent broadband connections, maintaining existing ones, and performing upgrades. Fiber Optic Cable Work: Working with fiber optic cables, splicing, and ensuring proper connections. Network Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and troubleshooting network equipment, such as modems, routers, Customer Support: Interacting with customers to address their issues, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
