IDX (Internet Data Exchange) Real Estate Web DEVELOPER (work from Home)

Description: IDX DEVELOPER We are looking for an experienced developer to build and scale a high-performance real estate platform with multi-MLS integration. Key Responsibilities Integrate multiple MLS boards using RESO Web API (OData) Work with data providers such as Trestle, Bridge Interactive, MLS Grid, or direct MLS RETS/API feeds Develop custom IDX websites (no WordPress/plugins fully custom build) Implement data synchronization systems (cron jobs, webhooks, incremental updates) Ensure full compliance with IDX & VOW display rules across different MLS boards Optimize property search, filters, and overall platform performance Handle large-scale listing data efficiently (millions of records) Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with RESO Web API and/or RETS Proven experience integrating multiple MLS systems Backend expertise in one or more: PHP (Laravel) Node.js Strong database design and optimization skills: MySQL / PostgreSQL Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication Knowledge of MLS compliance rules (IDX / VOW / data display restrictions) Experience handling large datasets & performance tuning Good to Have (Bonus) Experience building real estate SaaS platforms or CRM systems Familiarity with map-based search (Google Maps / Mapbox) Experience with Elasticsearch or advanced search systems Understanding of caching strategies (Redis, etc.) What Were Looking For Someone who can work independently and take ownership Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to performance Ability to handle complex MLS ecosystems and edge cases Salary Budget - Max 12 LPA Job Timings - 4 PM IST to 12 AM IST Job Type - Remote
