Job Description: In this Analytics Consultant role at a fast-growing HealthTech company in Bangalore, you will play a vital role in analyzing patient data to improve healthcare outcomes. Your work will involve collaborating with data scientists, healthcare professionals, and product managers to develop data-driven solutions that enhance patient care and optimize healthcare operations. By leveraging statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, you will extract actionable insights from healthcare datasets to predict patient risk, personalize treatment plans, and contribute to improved diagnosis and preventative care strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large patient datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies for informing clinical decision-making and enhancing patient outcomes. - Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict patient risk, optimize resource allocation, and personalize treatment plans. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand data needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions. - Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations. - Contribute to the development of data governance policies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security. - Evaluate solution effectiveness and iterate on models based on performance metrics and feedback. Qualification Required: - Demonstrated ability in applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques in healthcare. - Experience in data mining, cleaning, and visualization using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn) or R. - Understanding of healthcare data standards like HL7 and FHIR, and working with electronic health records (EHRs). - Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting complex information. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving project requirements.
