Lead Data Analytics

As a Data Analytics Engineer at Freight Tiger, you will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders. You will be a part of the centralized data team and will be responsible for both the compute and publish layer for all products of FT. - Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine data requirements. - Provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI. - Leverage Power BI features like DAX, Power Query, and advanced charting to create visually compelling and user-friendly reports. - Ensure reports and dashboards are optimized for performance and scalability. - Manage reporting layer (PowerBI), dashboards deployment, and version control. - Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements. - Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment. - Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting solutions. - Advocate for best practices in data visualization, analytics, and governance. - Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory data policies. - Lead and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills in data analytics and visualization. - Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power BI and other analytics tools. - Evaluate and implement new BI tools and methodologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
