Experience - 68 years of experience in full stack software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML or GenAI systems - Hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade web applications end-to-end - Proven track record of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments startups, consulting, or innovation teams preferred - Exposure to private equity, management consulting, or data-driven business environments is a plus Technical Skills Required - Python (FastAPI / Flask) - React & - TypeScript - GenAI / LLM Ecosystems - RAG Pipelines & - Agents - Vector DBs & - Embeddings - REST APIs & - Microservices - SQL / NoSQL Databases - Git & - Contemporary Dev Workflows - Docker & - CI/CD Basics Technical Skills Preferred - Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP - LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability tooling - Multi-agent systems and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) - Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) - Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code .
