DevOps Engineer

Role: Senior Lead / Principal DevOps Engineer Experience: 10–15 Years Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Work Mode: Work From Office / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead / Principal DevOps Enginee r to drive enterprise-scale DevOps transformation by designing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will lead CI/CD initiatives, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes orchestration, and cloud operations while enabling engineering teams to deliver software faster and more reliably . Key Responsibilities Architect and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Build and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Design and administer Kubernetes environments (EKS/AKS/GKE) using Docker, Helm, and GitOps practices. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation, or Pulumi. Implement configuration management using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Enhance platform observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic. Drive automation, reliability, security, scalability, and disaster recovery initiatives. Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency and platform stability. Mentor engineers and establish DevOps best practices across the organization . Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and infrastructure governance. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
