Job Description: POS & Infrastructure Engineer Location: Ahmedabad Qualification: Graduation Years of Experience: 4+ Years The candidate must have minimum 4 years experience on hardware and software maintenance. Experience in Retail Company preferable. Responsibilities: 2 years of experience in Retail POS support & IT operations. Experience in POS installation and version upgrade activities. Knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting. Experience in remote support for showroom/store users. Basic understanding of server connectivity and access control. Handling user creation and access management. Support in POS go-live and deployment activities. Experience in printer, scanner, and POS device configuration. Maintaining backups, manuals, and support documents. Providing basic training and support to end users. Coordination with technical and functional teams.
