About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding issues with payment gateways integration. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MySQL database management systems. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring customer complaints. - Develop shell scripts using Python programming language to automate repetitive tasks. Job Requirements : - 5-10 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support for IT services & consulting industry. - Robust knowledge of MySQL database management system and ability to troubleshoot common issues. - Proficiency in Bash scripting (Python) for automating tasks. - Experience working with SMTP/IMAP protocols for email communication. .
