Lead Dotnet Developer - C

Role Overview: As a .NET / C# Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of scalable backend services and APIs using .NET and C#. Your responsibilities will involve combining hands-on development with technical leadership. You will guide developers, collaborate with front-end (Angular), data, and QA teams, and ensure secure, high-quality backend delivery in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead backend architecture and design using .NET / C#. - Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and mentor backend developers. - Make technical decisions around performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET and C#. - Build secure, scalable, and high-performance services. - Integrate backend services with front-end applications (Angular) and data platforms. - Collaborate on API contracts, data models, and error-handling strategies. - Work with relational databases (SQL Server or similar). - Optimize queries, transactions, and data access layers. - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance. - Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices. - Ensure proper exception handling, logging, and monitoring. - Support QA during system testing, UAT, and production issue resolution. - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and front-end teams. - Coordinate with US-based technical and business stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in .NET and C#. - Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services. - Strong knowledge of ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core. - Experience with SQL Server and relational database design. - Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). - Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
