About the role
Role Overview: As a Technical Lead specializing in Angular, .NET, and AWS, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of cloud-native solutions on AWS. Your role will involve guiding the team in adhering to coding standards, best practices, and quality processes while also contributing to technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality processes. - Architect and develop RESTful APIs and high-performance backend services using .NET Core and AWS services. - Design and implement Microservices and Micro Frontend architectures on AWS. - Integrate APIs with relational databases and optimize application performance. - Develop and maintain API documentation, specifications, and unit tests. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and API-related issues. - Monitor application and API performance and implement optimization strategies. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Drive code reviews, technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions.
