About the role
Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide Workday transformation initiatives and define scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across multiple Workday modules. This is a strategic role requiring strong expertise in architecture, integrations, governance, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive large-scale digital transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end Workday solution architecture across multiple modules.Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Workday solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Lead large-scale Workday implementations and transformation programs.Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and senior stakeholders.Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and solution quality.Define integration architecture using APIs, middleware, PECI, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.Oversee data architecture, reporting frameworks, and Prism Analytics strategy.Establish standards, best practices, and governance models.Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and innovation within the Workday ecosystem.Review and approve solution configurations and technical deliverables.Mentor senior consultants and functional leads.Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness across Workday solutions.Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Workday and enterprise HCM/ERP solutions.Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules including HCM, Integrations, Payroll, Talent, and Analytics.Strong experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale implementations.Proven ability to lead complex transformation programs.Hands-on expertise in integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and data frameworks.Strong client advisory and executive stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.Preferred Qualifications Workday certifications.Experience with global or multi-country Workday deployments.Exposure to cloud and digital transformation initiatives.Understanding of AI, automation, and analytics within enterprise platforms.Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and advanced reporting frameworks.Core Competencies Enterprise Architecture & StrategyCross-Module Workday ExpertiseIntegration & Data ArchitectureStrategic Thinking & InnovationExecutive Stakeholder ManagementGovernance, Risk & ComplianceLeadership & Team Development Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide Workday transformation initiatives and define scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across multiple Workday modules.
