About the role
As a Pharma Data Analytics Consultant at Datazymes, your role involves working with various Pharma datasets such as Sales, Rx, Claims, and Specialty Pharmacy. You will consult with US pharma clients to plan, design, and execute consulting projects, understanding their business problems and requirements to recommend suitable solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing dashboards using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, optimizing BI solutions for performance and intuitiveness, and analyzing data to identify trends and share insights. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with US pharma clients to plan, design, and execute consulting projects - Design dashboards using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau - Optimize BI solutions for performance and intuitiveness - Analyze data to identify trends and share insights - Own accounts independently, ensuring delivery excellence and quality - Manage a team of offshore Analysts for delivery operations - Develop solutions based on BI platforms such as custom extensions and NLG/NLP-based solutions - Participate in client discussions, demos, and Proof of Concepts development - Mentor team on data, technology, and business aspects to ensure seamless delivery - Manage project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision Qualifications Required: - Must have 4+ years of Data Visualization/Data Analytics Dashboard experience, with at least 2 years in the pharma industry - Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience working with pharma datasets (Sales, Rx, Claims, Specialty Pharmacy data) - Experience translating business requirements into analytics/BI solutions and generating actionable insights - Strong experience in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik) including dashboard design, development, and optimization - Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data analysis - Strong understanding of commercial analytics and data modeling - Experience working with external clients or stakeholders and participating in client discussions, demos, or consulting engagements - Experience handling end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, and owning accounts independently In addition to the above qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work with a hybrid WFH flexibility of 6 days a month. The compensation package includes a 10% variable component. Preferred skills include experience in predictive modeling (regression, classification, clustering) and exposure to advanced analytics (NLP/NLG, POCs, pre-sales support). Preferred experience includes working with US pharma clients or global stakeholders.
