About the role
- Lead the design & architecture of custom applications using Workday Extend. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions integrated with Workdays ecosystem. - Provide best practices, thought leadership, and architectural guidance. - Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce standards. - Stay updated on Workday Extend features and industry trends. Requirements - 5+ years in Workday Integrations (Mandatory) - 2+ years in Workday Extend (Workday Cloud Platform) (Mandatory) - Strong knowledge in Workday HCM/Financials - Deep understanding of Workday APIs, data models & security protocols - Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Studio, EIBs - Proficiency in JavaScript, XSLT, and related technologies - Robust communication & problem-solving skills .
