Workday Integration with studio (Pune)

Experience: - 4-6 years of experience in Workday, with at least one end-to-end implementation (must-have). Technical Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, including Connectors, STUDIO (must-have), DT, XML, and XSLT. - Proven ability to develop end-to-end integrations from scratch using STUDIO (must-have). - Expertise in integration security and delivery methods. Business & Functional Skills: - Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution. - Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing Workday solutions while aligning with the long-term vision of the product and business needs. - Valuable understanding of the Workday platform, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and generate solutions. - Experience in end-to-end application solution design and implementation of complex business solutions. Additional Skills: - Familiarity with SNOW or similar ticketing tools. - Workday Certification is an added advantage. .
