Role Overview We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and solution delivery. This role will act as the technical design authority, ensuring scalable, secure, upgrade-safe, and business-aligned ServiceNow implementations while mentoring technical teams and driving the overall platform strategy.
