Job Role: IT Support Analyst - Kinaxis Location: PAN India Must Have Technical/Functional Skill sKinaxis RapidResponse (or Maestro), ITIL ,Supply Chain Planning processe s (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP), Data Integration, SQL , problem-solving and analytical skill s Roles & Responsibiliti esWe are seeking an experience d Kinaxis Consulta nt with deep expertise i n Kinaxis RapidResponse (R R) to join our supply chain transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in supply chain planning and hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and optimization of Kinaxis solution s. Key Responsibilit iesLead end-to-e nd Kinaxis RapidResponse implementati ons, enhancements, and support activiti es.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them in to Kinaxis solutions and configurati o ns.Design and impleme nt Supply Chain Planning soluti ons including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S& OP.Configure and customi ze Kinaxis data models, control sets, worksheets, dashboards, and repo r ts.Develop and maintain data integrations between Kinaxis and external systems (ERP, APS, etc .).Perfo rm data validation, testing (UAT), and deployment supp o rt.Troubleshoot performance issues and provide timely resoluti on.Provide functional and technical leadership to project tea ms.Mentor junior consultants and guide best practices for Kinaxis implementatio ns.Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectatio ns. Preferred Qualificat ionsKinaxis RapidResponse Certification (preferr ed).Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or F MCG.Exposure to large-sc ale digital supply chain transformation prog r ams.Strong communication and stakeholder management ski lls.
