PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Solutions Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience with PLM platforms and product data management

• Knowledge of system integration (APIs, middleware, cloud architecture)

• Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes

• Expertise in enterprise architecture and solution design

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end PLM architecture aligned with Cisco’s business and engineering needs

• Work with stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

• Implement and integrate PLM systems (e.g., Agile PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill) with enterprise tools like ERP, CRM, and CAD systems

• Define data models, workflows, and governance for product data management

• Lead solution design reviews, architecture decisions, and technical roadmaps

• Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with security standards

• Support digital transformation initiatives related to product lifecycle and supply chaint.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $130000 a year
