About the Company Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Location Kolkata About the Role Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 4-5) Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes. Should have functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing, CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications. Should have functional proficiency in SAP middleware's, IDoc interfaces, Master Data Template configurations and replications. Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area especially with regards to Utilities industry. Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs. Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support. Qualifications Good-to-Have Should be able to provide workload estimations for a functional need based on predefined calculation strategies. Should be able to conduct detailed design meetings directly with the client to finalize the functional need. Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision. Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations. .
