About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical expertise on SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, including sales order processing, customer management, billing, and inventory control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using SAP SD tools. Develop and maintain complex reports using various reporting technologies such as GTS, FICO, PTP, CS. Troubleshoot issues related to sales orders, invoices, deliveries, returns & exchanges; provide timely resolutions to customers' queries. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while working on projects. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation or support role. Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). Strong understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management), TM (Transportation Management), GTS (Goods Transfer System). Proficiency in creating complex reports using various reporting technologies like FICO (Financial Accounting), PTP (Production Planning & Control).
