The consultant will work closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with statutory regulations, and seamless integration with other SAP modu les.Key Responsibili tiesConfigure and maintain SAP Payroll according to business requireme nts.Manage payroll schema, rules, wage types, and payroll process ing.Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepanc ies.Support payroll testing, validation, and year-end activit ies.Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulati ons.Integrate SAP Payroll with SAP Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management ( OM).Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support proje cts.Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical te ams.Conduct user training and provide post-implementation supp ort.Required Sk illsStrong knowledge of SAP HCM Pay r oll.Experience in:Payroll Configura tionPayroll Schemas and R ulesWage Type Configura tionPersonnel Administration (PA)Organizational Management (OM)Time Management Integra tionPayroll Repor tingUnderstanding of payroll processes, taxation, and statutory complia nce.Experience in payroll testing and supp ort.
