Senior Stress Engineer

Role: Stress analysis Engineer - Offshore Location: Bangalore Experience : Minimum 3- 10 Years of experience Required Technical Skill Set: Mechanical engineer / Aerospace engineer, with sound knowledge of Structural integrity analysis Knowledge on Static (Linear / Non -Linear analysis) Knowledge on Dynamic analysis – NMA, Forced response analysis. Should have knowledge on Fatigue life calculations (LCF & HCF) Knowledge on FBO and Windmilling assessment is preferred. Should have min 3 years of working experience in Ansys workbench. Should be able to validate the results through classical method / Hand calculations. Aerospace/Aero engine domain experience is preferred. Working experience on flow control valves is an added advantage Knowledge on Python Scripting is added advantage Must have: Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team. Interact with the customer and cross functional teams to understand the requirements and propose and implement solutions. Knowledge of structural integrity analysis and Fatigue life calculations Ability to work effectively with CAE tools like Analysis WB Ability to effectively apply continuous improvement methods as a cost saving initiatives. valid conclusions & engineering judgements.
