Manage and troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, and configuration profiles for various operating systems. Manage and maintain Windows workstations and other endpoint devices. Administer tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM. Ticketing tool: Servicenow. Monitor and improve end-user experience using analytics tools. Deploy software and patches across the enterprise. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
