We are hiring for Solution Architect – AI & Digital Twin Pet Food Manufacturing Experience - 10-15yrs Location- Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune JD- Roles & Responsibilities AI & Digital Twin Architecture Design Design end-to-end architecture covering data ingestion, AI pipelines, and twin computation Define scalable models for predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI use cases Establish architecture layers across edge, data, model, and visualization Ensure scalability and enterprise alignment across global manufacturing sites Manufacturing Use Case Development Translate plant challenges into AI and Digital Twin solutions Design use cases such as Filler twin, vision inspection, predictive maintenance Develop reusable solution blueprints for multi-site deployment Align solutions with KPIs like OEE, yield, and cost optimization Data & Integration Architecture Define integration across MES, ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and historian systems Architect secure OT-IT connectivity and real-time data pipelines Ensure standardized data models for scaling twins across lines/sites Enable real-time analytics and performance monitoring Platform Selection & Standardization Select AI/ML platforms, Digital Twin frameworks, and IoT technologies Define reference architectures and standard toolkits Drive platform-based scalable solutions Enable reuse across recipes, lines, and sites Governance, Delivery & TMO Enablement Lead architecture governance and design reviews Guide AI model lifecycle and twin validation Support implementation, commissioning, and Sim-to-Real deployment Enable multi-site rollout and value tracking through TMO Skillset Required AI & Digital Twin Technical Expertise Expertise in AI/ML applications like predictive maintenance and optimization Strong understanding of Digital Twin concepts (process, asset, plant) Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model deployment Familiarity with simulation and physics-based modeling Manufacturing & Domain Knowledge Experience in pet food, food & beverage, or process manufacturing Understanding of extrusion, batching, and packaging processes Knowledge of quality variability and recipe management Familiarity with KPIs like OEE, throughput, yield, and waste Data, Cloud & Integration Capabilities Experience with MES/MOM and plant data ecosystems Understanding of PLC, SCADA, and industrial connectivity Hands-on with cloud platforms and real-time streaming Awareness of OT cybersecurity principles Architecture & Consulting Mindset Strong system thinking and scalable architecture design skills Ability to connect business challenges with technical solutions Experience in global rollout programs Ability to define KPIs and track value realization Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement Collaboration with operations, engineering, IT/OT, and data teams Experience in global and cross-functional environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate AI/Twin concepts into business value
