Walk-in Drive | Workday Integration Consultant | Delhi / Noida Position: Workday Integration Consultant Location: Delhi / Noida Interview Mode: Walk-in Drive Job Description We are looking for experienced Workday Integration Consultants with strong expertise in Workday HCM and integration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations. Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver integration solutions. Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production environments. Perform data transformation and mapping using XML, XSLT, and JSON. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across integration processes. Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support for Workday solutions. Must-Have Skills Strong experience in Workday HCM modules , including: Core HCM Compensation Absence Management Hands-on experience with: Workday Studio EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) - Inbound & Outbound Integrations SOAP & REST Web Services XML, XSLT, and JSON Preferred Skills Experience with Workday business processes and security. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience supporting Workday production environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
