Position: Architect - Industry ( Metro/Railway) Location: Surat, Gujarat Employment - Fixed Term Contract Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Experience: 7-14 Years Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect for our project operations in Surat . The ideal candidate should have 7 to 14 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, detailing, and project coordination. Candidates with prior experience in Metro Rail, Railway, Transportation Infrastructure, or Public Infrastructure Projects will have an added advantage. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review architectural concepts, detailed designs, working drawings, and construction documents. Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and architectural layouts as per project requirements. Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Civil, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, client specifications, and design standards. Review design submissions, shop drawings, and construction-related architectural deliverables. Participate in design review meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors. Monitor design quality and ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables. Support site teams by providing technical clarifications and resolving architectural issues during construction. Prepare presentations, design reports, and project documentation as required. Required Skills Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methodologies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools. Experience in preparation of detailed architectural drawings and documentation. Good understanding of building by-laws, National Building Code (NBC), and relevant regulations. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
