Established in 2020 as a greenfield venture of the Tata Group, the company aims to serve global customers through integrated offerings across a trusted electronics and semiconductor value chain. https:/// Role Summary Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and reliability of business-critical systems. Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.- Manage physical and virtual server infrastructure.- Monitor server performance, uptime, and system health.- Handle server patching, firmware upgrades, and OS Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.- Configure and maintain VMware/Hyper-V virtualization Perform backup and recovery Troubleshoot hardware, OS, storage, and network-related issues.- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, warranty, and hardware replacement.- Implement server security policies, antivirus, and access controls.- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.- Maintain server documentation, asset records, and SOPs.- Monitor storage utilization and server capacity planning.- Provide support for application hosting and database servers. Knowledge & Skills - Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.- Understanding of server hardware architecture and troubleshooting.- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.- Knowledge of storage technologies including SAN and NAS.- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
