ESS Delivery Head Detroit, MI
Job Description: Scope of Role As ESS Delivery Head NA for automotive embedded software, the suitable candidate shall be based in Detroit, NA to guide embedded delivery teams and also engage with customer to understand the requirements clearly. The ESS Delivery Head NA shall lead customer delivery engagements in Stellantis, JLG , Cummins, etc. Knowledge / Experience:
Minimum of 18 years experience in automotive embedded software Experience working globally with customers (OEMs/Tier1s) in different geographies Knowledge of complete V-cycle of Embedded software development Hands-on working experience with Embedded C and AUTOSAR development using Vector, ETAS, etc. Knowledge of Model-Based development and auto-coding Exposure to System Engineering and Requirements Familiarity of software quality processes such as ASPICE, CMMi Experience with customer interactions and meetings with ability to understand customer expectations and provide solutions Ability to anticipate, translate and develop customer requirements into tangible feature developments Hands-on technical ability Ability to understand technical issues and guide teams on possible focus areas Ability to know trends in embedded software architecture and decide future technical needs to focus for business Familiarity with ISO 26262 - functional safety and Cybersecurity Excellent communicator with the ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues as they arise Knowledge of change control, product definition and change management processes will also prove invaluable
