About the role
Designation: RPA UI path developer Experience -5-9 Yrs Relevant experience -4 CTC- 18-23 LPALocation: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ PuneImmediate Joiners Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues.Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.Stay up to date with the latest UiPath features and best practices.Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.To be able to train junior resourcesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in UiPath and RPA development.Strong experience in process automation and bot design.Good knowledge of business process analysis and identifying automation opportunities.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.Ability to train and mentor junior resources, with a focus on skill development.Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot is highly preferred.Familiarity with other automation tools and scripting languages is a plus. Interview Mode_ Team (2 round of discussion and candidates will have coding test as well) .
