Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at TE Connectivity, you will support commercial and category management decision-making through advanced analytics. You will partner closely with the Senior Analyst and cross-functional business stakeholders to drive insights across SKU expansion, inventory health, pricing optimization, and stocking strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics capabilities with business acumen to translate complex data into actionable insights that directly influence growth, profitability, and inventory efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze product portfolio gaps and identify SKU expansion opportunities across categories and regions - Build models to evaluate SKU productivity, velocity, and whitespace opportunities - Support prioritization of recent SKUs based on demand signals and commercial impact - Develop and maintain inventory health models, including Days on Hand (DOH) tracking - Identify excess, obsolete, and understocked inventory and recommend corrective actions - Conduct pricing analyses to identify margin optimization and price elasticity opportunities - Design and maintain scalable monthly reporting dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI) - Collaborate with category management, KAMs, product management, pricing, and commercial teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field - 25 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or commercial analytics - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel (including data modeling), Visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) - Proven experience working with large datasets and building structured analytical models Additional Details of the Company: TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
