Job Description:
Why you should join You will join a global digital manufacturing transformation where data directly shapes how factories operate across Europe, Americas, and Asia. This role gives you end-to-end ownership of smart factory analytics, from machine-level data to executive dashboards used for critical decisions. You will work at the intersection of engineering, data, and Industry 4.0, with real impact on efficiency, quality, and productivity at scale.
Your daily tasks: Act as global SME for Smart Factory dashboards and KPI standardization Design and develop Power BI / Tableau / ThingWorx dashboards for manufacturing performance Integrate data from MES, ERP (SAP), IIoT platforms, and shopfloor systems Build and maintain ETL pipelines, data models, and analytics layers Enable real-time monitoring of production, quality, and equipment performance Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions Support governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital manufacturing solutions
Your ideal background: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field 5–10+ years of experience in BI, smart factory, or digital manufacturing environments Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling Experience with MES, ERP (SAP), and industrial data sources (IIoT, SCADA) Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar for data solutions Experience in global, cross-functional environments with manufacturing exposure
