Expired on: Feb 14, 2026 Team IT Serve Inc DBA TeamitserveUSA, an Irving, TX based Global IT Services, Product Development, and Business Solutions Firm has multiple openings for JOB ID 11351: Infrastructure Engineer Job duties include: 1) Designing and implementing scalable MSSQL HA cluster environment instead of standalone servers for a high-availability server infrastructure to support enterprise applications and services. • Responsible for working with customers and understanding their Infrastructure requirements and ensure the OS environments (Linux and Windows) are delivered to them in a timely manner. • Understanding of security principles and technologies applicable to infrastructure systems. This includes knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, network security protocols, network breaches, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption protocols. • Assisted in validating the changes implemented whether it be server builds, clustering, firewall accesses, deployments, patching, upgrades and other networking issues. • Technical Analyst-like responsibilities within the Infrastructure department responsible for receiving new environment technical requirements, scheduling review meetings to finalize specifications, ticketing appropriate Operations Teams and continually monitoring the progress. • Capability of doing quick smoke test, update ServiceNow, JIRA tickets or executed automation pipeline. • Involved working directly with Product, Program, Project and Technical managers with strong communication and interaction skills. • Maintained accurate and detailed logs within the ticketing system for customer calls, system alerts, escalation steps taken to ensure the resolution of VM servers, networking and customer related issues Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related.
