Desktop Support Engineer

Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, ensuring that their desktop systems and applications are functioning optimally. Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues. Assist users with application software and system issues. Document support activities and maintain records of service requests. Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes. Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications. Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
