Description We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in managing Windows-based systems and will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, performance, and security. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement security measures and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist in the development and documentation of system administration processes and procedures. Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues. Participate in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and patches. Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Windows system administration or related field. Proficient in Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration. Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware). Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.). Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks. Certifications such as MCSA or MCSE are a plus.
