About the role
As an experienced native iOS Developer at Teceze, you will be responsible for building and enhancing field services mobile applications used by technicians on the move, especially in low-connectivity environments and with high reliability requirements. Your main focus will be on owning iOS features end-to-end, from design to release, with a specific emphasis on offline-first workflows, location services, scheduling/work orders, asset capture, secure data sync, and performance at scale. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain native iOS apps using Swift with UIKit and/or SwiftUI. - Implement field service user flows such as scheduling & dispatch, job notes, checklists, parts/material usage, timesheets, and barcode/QR scanning. - Design and implement an offline-first data layer including local persistence, background sync, and conflict resolution strategies. - Integrate iOS app with backend services via REST/GraphQL, handling authentication and secure token storage. - Provide field service/mobility capabilities such as job-site navigation support, geotagging assets/photos, and optional geofencing. - Optimize UX for real-world field conditions including fast loading, large touch targets, and resilience to interruptions. - Write automated tests, monitor and improve quality, and ensure security best practices. Qualifications Required: - 37+ years of native iOS development experience using Swift. - Strong experience in building field service/mobile workforce apps. - Solid knowledge of iOS frameworks, local data persistence, and sync patterns. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
