Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java + React Developer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern Java frameworks, frontend development with React, and cloud-native solutions. Technical Skills Backend Developmen t Strong experience wit h Spring Boot 3 an d Java 2 1+Proficiency i n Hiberna te an d Orac le databases Knowledge o f Gradle/Mav en build too ls Frontend Development Advanced expertise in React.js Cloud & Dev Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines Familiarity with AWS Services : ECS, CodeDeploy, AWS AppConfig, AWS X-Ray Knowledge of OpenTelemetry configuration Experience with GitHub Actions and Docker setup Soft Skills Provides clarity on story breakdown, estimation, and prioritization Skilled at identifying risks and proposing innovative solutions Actively supports and mentors other developers Communicates complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Promotes knowledge sharing and team cohesion Balances short-term needs with long-term objectives Sets high standards for quality and reliability Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions Deploy and manage applications on AWS ECS and related services Configure OpenTelemetry for monitoring and observability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
