Oracle EBS/Fusion HRMS Technical Consultant

Role & responsibilities Strong experience as an Oracle EBS/Fusion HRMS Technical Consultant. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Application Object Library (AOL). Strong expertise in Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alerts, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), and OTBI. Experience in Oracle APEX development, including Interactive Grids, Dynamic Actions, Security, and Workflow features. Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience with REST and SOAP Web Services. Strong knowledge of FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and HDL (HCM Data Loader). Advanced proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning. Experience developing HRMS reports, integrations, and customizations. Preferred candidate profile Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion/EBS Core HR. Experience with Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, or other HR modules. Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and support projects. Knowledge of data migration, security, and workflow automation within Oracle HCM environments. Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM, OIC, APEX, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
