Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (SCM & Finance) Experience: 10 to 12 Years Work Location: Hyderabad (Preferred),Bangalore and Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The role requires excellent customer-facing skills, solution architecture capabilities, and the ability to lead technical teams while delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion solutions. Key Responsibilities Oracle Fusion Technical Development Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance technical solutions Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports based on business requirements Perform data migration activities using FBDI templates Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion and external applications using REST/SOAP Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and third-party integration platforms Solution Design & Delivery Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Perform business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution architecture Prepare technical design documents, solution specifications, and implementation documentation Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle Technical Leadership Lead technical teams during implementation, enhancement, and support projects Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and best practices Work independently while managing multiple technical deliverables Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and compliance with Oracle standards Required Skills & Experience 10-12 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion Technical development (SCM & Finance) Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications Strong proficiency in: BI Publisher (BIP) OTBI Reports Hands-on experience with: FBDI Data Migration REST APIs SOAP Web Services Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Third-party Integrations Strong customer-facing, communication, documentation, and presentation skills Expertise in: Requirement Gathering Business Process Mapping Gap Analysis Solution Architecture Ability to lead technical teams and work independently Good to Have Hands-on experience with Agent AI Oracle GenAI Certification Experience developing Oracle accelerators, reusable frameworks, or solution differentiators Preferred Candidate Profile Strong Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with experience across SCM and Finance modules Expertise in integrations, reporting, and data migration Experience leading Oracle Fusion implementation or transformation projects Strong stakeholder management and customer interaction skills Ability to architect enterprise-grade Oracle Fusion solutions and mentor technical teams
