Job Description: Implementation Engineer Duties and Responsibilities Provide L2/ L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for core and enterprise network on routing, switching that is comprised of Cisco based / LAN / WLAN network . Act on and Resolve complex network incidents and problems. Carry out complex network change events. Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and deploy it on ground. Working directly with OEMs for CSIP and for upgrades for EoSWM and based Life Cycle Management. Troubleshooting complex network and service issues while adhering to SLA/KPIs. Identify and plan for remediation of network chronic issues; continuous improvement. Follow ITSM framework for service assurance and operations. Drive Major Incident resolution while on technical discussion bridge with stakeholders. Education and training of other individuals within the company. Willing to work in a rotational shift 24x7 operation Minimum Job Entry Requirements Bachelor of engineering degree and 5-10 years of experience on Networking Cisco LAN /WALAN Technologies. Experience on Large Enterprise Networks in Service assurance area preferably atL2/ L3 level. Must have been part of Engineering Activities on a Large Enterprise Grade Network. Strong hands on experience on Cisco NEXUS, ASR, 9K series switches and WLC Adequate knowledge and experience on Cisco Meraki Wireless platform, Cloud based WLC; Security aspects of Wifi network. Strong experience on EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, CoS, QoS, VRF, VLANS, and VPNs. Knowledge and experience on Infoblox and Cisco ISE will be a plus. Good knowledge on Network Security, Access Policies, Firewalls Platform exposure. Strong analytical skills to resolve problems. Strong oral and written communication skills to coordinate repair efforts and prepare reports. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced complex network environment. Strong skills on MS Office for reports and RCA making. Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over long periods of time. Ability to work on call” support at odd hours as needed. Desired Qualifications Previous experience as Data Network Engineer of at least 10+ years. Bachelor or Engineering with 5-10 years of experience. Certifications: CCIE or CCNP (Routing & Switching) Cisco SD-WAN certification and experience preferable Cisco Wireless Technology & Cisco Meraki
