• Resource should be having relevant experience of 9+ years.

The Network Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization‿s network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/data centre/edge). They ensure high availability, performance, scalability and security of network services. The role includes strategic network planning, hands on configuration, troubleshooting major incidents, and mentoring junior engineers.

Good hands on experience in Installing, Configuring & troubleshooting on below technologies‿ Paloalto, FortiGate & Cisco ASA Firewalls.

Cisco Router & Switches.

SDWAN

Load Balancers.

Meraki Wireless Controller and Meraki Access Points.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, deploy, and manage network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, SD WAN, VPNs.

Monitor network performance, capacity and availability; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

Develop and enforce network security controls and policies (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, access control).

Lead network projects: upgrades, migrations, expansions (e.g., new sites, cloud connectivity, data centre).

Provide 24ÿ7 support escalation as required; collaborate with operations, vendor teams and other IT functions.

Mentor and train junior network staff; assist with documentation, network diagrams, change management.

Maintain documentation: network diagrams, run books, standard operating procedures, configuration records.

Conduct risk and compliance reviews, ensure disaster recovery/business continuity planning for network infrastructure.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent; or equivalent experience.

• Typically years of relevant network engineering experience, with significant exposure to enterprise or service provider networks

• Strong technical skills: routing & switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS), layer 2/3 technologies, SD WAN, wireless, data centre networking, IPv4/IPv6 dual stack.

• Hands on experience with major network vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc), firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point), load balancers (F5, etc) preferred.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills; ability to perform packet captures, traffic analysis, understand performance metrics.

• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to coordinate with non technical teams, vendors.

• Preferred Certifications

• CCNP/CCIE (or equivalent) in Routing & Switching or Enterprise.

• Security or Cloud networking certifications a plus.
