• Power BI Admin JD ‿

• 10+ years of dedicated experience in Power BI tenant administration and system configuration.

• Configure organization wide settings within the Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Admin Portal.

• Design and enforce workspace structures, naming conventions, and access policies.

• Monitor platform utilization, track license distribution, and audit user activity logs.

• Install, cluster, and configure On premises Data Gateways for secure data transitions.

• Allocate, monitor, and scale Power BI Premium/Fabric capacities to prevent query lag.

• Setup and maintain multi stage deployment pipelines (Dev, Test, Prod) and Git integration.

• Manage user access via Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID security groups.

• Configure Row Level Security (RLS), Object Level Security (OLS), and sensitivity labels.

• Manage private endpoints, firewall rules, and virtual network (VNet) data gateways.

• Configure organizational visuals, custom themes, and certified data source templates.

• Schedule and orchestrate complex dataset refreshes to prevent source database throttling.

• Use Power BI REST APIs and PowerShell to automate bulk configuration modifications.

• Power BI Admin Portal, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Microsoft Purview.

• Highly proficient in PowerShell and Python/M Query for administrative automation.
