Roles Handled: Handled multiple business Consulting assignments in supply chain domain. The typical client requirements addressed are •Led requirement elicitation and documentation ( BRD & SRS) for business applications ( contract, pickup to delivery, invoicing ) modernization at surface express logistics company •Steered TOC based distribution solution development and implementation by automating key supply chain planning decision (i.e., dispatch, produce & procure) for a consumer goods company with large supply chain network to improve OTIF, inventory turns and revenue. •Led procurement cost transformation projects at auto, EPC and banking companies by identifying & implementing cost saving opportunities in direct and indirect spend •Program Management at leading automotive company during new product development •Team lead for document extraction use case implementation using Optical Character Recognition technology at global insurance company • Introduced SKU - location based inventory segmentation & buffer norms decision based on demand forecasting, consumption patterns •Expert in spend analytics, spend visibility and designing sourcing strategies for multiple categories to reduce material cost and improve EBITDA Role & responsibilities The candidate must be willing to work full-time from the client location in Mumbai (Kandivali). Experience up to the P2 band is acceptable. Strong understanding of Project Management fundamentals like (Stake holder management, Communication Management, Risk Management etc.) is mandatory. Proven experience in managing large and complex programs. Prior experience handling Data & Analytics (D&A) projects. Experience managing large, diverse teams similar to environments like Mahindra & Mahindra. Ability to manage multi-vendor teams (not limited to Tech Mahindra) and ensure delivery across all stakeholders. Strong communication and articulation skills to present updates and strategies to senior leadership across weekly, monthly, and quarterly forums. Automotive domain knowledge would be an added advantage. Capability to work closely with BAs, Architects, and Data Engineers, with sufficient understanding of concepts such as Data Warehousing, Google Cloud, and Visualization tools to handle discussions, issues, and escalations effectively.
