About the role
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 20 associates, fostering collaboration and performance excellence. Integration Delivery : Oversee end-to-end delivery of middleware and SAP integration projects using SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware. Application Development : Provide guidance on ABAP development, Fiori applications, and SAP Portal solutions. Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions. Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to integration standards, security policies, and audit requirements. Continuous Improvement : Drive automation, performance optimization, and adoption of best practices. Issue Resolution : Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting complex integration and application challenges. Required Skills & Experience Middleware Expertise : Strong hands-on experience in SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware platforms. SAP Development : Proficiency in ABAP programming, Fiori application development, and SAP Portal administration. Leadership Experience : Proven track record of managing large technical teams (1520 associates). Stakeholder Engagement : Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple integration and application projects simultaneously. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise landscapes. 10+ years of experience in middleware and SAP technologies. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large technical teams. Certifications in SAP CPI, SAP PO, IBM middleware, or related platforms preferred.
