• We are seeking an experienced Senior BMC Developer with strong expertise in BMC Remedy AR System customization and hands on experience across ITSM modules, CMDB, and Digital Workplace platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable BMC solutions aligned with IT service management best practices.

• Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize BMC Remedy AR System applications to meet business and ITSM requirements.

• Configure and support BMC ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Request Management.

• Implement and maintain CMDB configurations, reconciliation, normalization, and data quality rules.

• Develop and customize BMC Digital Workplace (DWP) and DWP Advanced services, workflows, and user experiences.

• Work on forms, workflows, active links, filters, escalations, menus, and views within Remedy AR System.

• Perform integrations with third party systems using REST APIs, web services, and Atrium Integrator.

• Support enhancements, upgrades, and performance tuning of the BMC Innovation Suite platform.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure delivery quality.

• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and defect resolution as required.

• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational governance standards.

• Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in BMC Remedy AR System customization (mandatory).

• Hands on experience with BMC ITSM Suite.

• Solid experience in CMDB configuration and data management.

• Experience with BMC Digital Workplace (DWP) and DWP Advanced.

• Good understanding of ITIL processes.

• Experience working on BMC Innovation Suite.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Good to Have / Add On Skills

• Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA) in BMC context.

• Advanced knowledge of BMC Innovation Studio.

• Exposure to BMC Helix platform and cloud deployments.

• Experience in large enterprise or telecom environments.

• Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.

• Good documentation and knowledge transfer skills.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi stakeholder environment.
