• IP Expert (Exp. 8+ yr) ‿ Level 3 Incident Resolution Team

An IP Specialist (Network) is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex IP/MPLS network infrastructure to ensure high performance, security, and uptime. They handle high level technical support, capacity planning, and configuration of network hardware/software, often focusing on routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and service provider services.

Key Responsibilities

Network Engineering & Design: Design, plan, and implement IP/MPLS core networks, including L2/L3 VPNs and segment routing.

Operations & Maintenance : Manage end to end network operations, including configuration, software upgrades, and performance monitoring.

Troubleshooting : Analyze and resolve complex network hardware/software connectivity issues, serving as a high level escalation point (Tier 2/3).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in telecommunication, computer science, or equivalent, specifically with IP network infrastructure.

Network configuration and troubleshooting skills

WAN, MLAN, WLAN, SDx, Optimization

Scripting ‿ Automation

Technical escalation and crisis management

Technical SPOC for L1 L2 teams
