Product Manager IAM / IGA

Role Overview: As a Product Manager in Pune, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap in the Cybersecurity (IAM/IGA) domain. Your main focus will be to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution to deliver impactful identity security features. Key Responsibilities: - Define, prioritize, and execute product features and enhancements for the roadmap. - Align engineering, sales, and delivery teams on product goals through cross-functional collaboration. - Translate customer and market requirements into actionable technical requirements and user stories with a customer-centric focus. - Assist with product demonstrations and high-level stakeholder discussions to support the go-to-market strategy. Qualification Required: - 3-4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity. - Strong understanding of IAM & IGA concepts such as identity lifecycle, access governance, and RBAC. - Familiarity with tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Entra ID. - Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking skills are essential for this role.
