Network Engineer

Job Position (Title) Network Engineer Experience Required 5+ Years Job Type Contractor Location Hyderabad Technical Skill Requirements GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Lan, Wan, Routing, switching, Catalyst & Nexus Wireless, Firewall & Security, SDWAN, Load Balancer, ISE (Identity Services Engine), ACI Role and Responsibilities Working experience with Cloud Platforms such as GCP Network Operations, Change implementation, and other related support Must have experience in handling larger Network including Datacentre operations Expertise with Cisco: Routing & switching including Catalyst & Nexus devices Expertise with Cisco / Meraki Wireless Technology Working experience on any SDWAN Preferably VeloCloud SDWAN Expertise with PaloAlto Firewall and other maintenance, operations of Panorama Working knowledge on F5 Load balancer Working experience on ISE technology Big IP, LTM & GTM IOS Upgrades, Network Device replacements and Cert / license Managements Troubleshoot and do RCA on Network issues Assist Operations team as necessary in order to resolve the P1, P2, P3, issues Network Monitoring & L2, L3 Network Troubleshooting experience is needed Knowledge, skills, and abilities to automate the Network Should have Basic Knowledge about ACI Working experience in raising Tac Cases with OEM, other escalation related tickets with ISP Required Skills Any Relevant Networking Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE are preferable Should be open for the Night shift on rotation basis 24/7 Strong knowledge on LAN, WAN, SDWAN, WLAN Technologies Strong practical knowledge of Network concepts like BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Network Protocols, Network Configuration, link aggregation, Spanning Tree optimization, NAT, ACL, WLC, Wireless Troubleshooting, MPLS, ISP related issues, Firewall Monitoring, Policy creation, VPN creation, Proxy etc Experience in remote support on handling Network device IOS Upgrades, Network Troubleshooting, Network Device replacements and Cert / license Managements etc Experience in NOC (Network Operations Center), Incident Management, change management is needed Experience in handling & working with cross functional teams Network Bridge calls & Triage calls Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with customers, Tac Team, third party vendors Knowledge on service now, Cisco Prime, Bluecat DNS, SolarWinds & other Networking monitoring tools is considered an advantage Good Communication & Professional skills SRE, ITIL knowledge will be added advantage
