IAM Administrator

Techie Associates LLC is seeking an IAM Administrator to fulfill identity and access requests and ensure proper access management across enterprise systems. Fulfill identity and access requests submitted and approved through Citizens' ServiceNow system (myService). Analyze incidents related to identity and access request fulfillment. Assist with cleanup and optimization efforts in the Identity Administration area. Uphold ethical standards and perform duties in alignment with Citizens' core values, ethics, and information protection policies. Ensure timely completion of customer access requests in accordance with defined SLAs. Manage and monitor tickets, user access provisioning, user access attestations, and compliance validations. Participate in project meetings, operational improvements, and issue resolution discussions. Administer identity and access within Active Directory, CyberArk, Oracle, and other provisioning systems by following defined protocols. Strong understanding of Active Directory and user account provisioning. Solid knowledge of the access management lifecycle, operating systems, networks, and platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution. Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently. Capable of working collaboratively with customers and technical teams. Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
