Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments. - Lead IAM architecture and design initiatives for large-scale enterprise deployments. - Configure and manage Okta for authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and identity federation. - Implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions and access control frameworks. - Design and manage Cross Identity Provider (IDP) Federation integrations. - Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enforce IAM best practices. - Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls and governance processes. - Drive IAM strategy, roadmap, and enterprise security compliance requirements. - Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and recoverability considerations are incorporated into IAM solutions. - Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support for complex IAM issues. Requirements - Develop expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with 8+ years of experience. - Utilize strong hands-on expertise in Okta for common IAM use cases. - Leverage experience in Identity Governance, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Verification. - Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. - Apply experience with Cross-IDP Federation and SSO integrations. - Architect and design IAM systems for large enterprises with 4+ years of experience. - Work with Public Cloud platforms with 4+ years of experience. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of SaaS Security components and cloud security principles. - Apply a good understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery scenarios. - Excel in communication and stakeholder management skills.
